Q1. How do we kick off?
Just fill out this form. Once done, I'll shoot over the package details and pricing for confirmation. We'll then chat about your vision an I'll send you a initial deposit invoice. After your nod and the payment is processed, you'll receive a project proposal. For smooth communication and project updates, I rely on Dubsado.
Q2. How many edits can I request?
Typically, you're entitled to two rounds of edits for the brand showcase and design blueprint, unless mentioned otherwise.
Q3. Do you delve into website designs?
At the moment, website design isn't in my suite of services. But good news! I'm gearing up to introduce it by 2024.
Q4. How do we handle payments?
If you're based in Australia, bank transfers are the way to go. For international clientele, I use WISE. I'll share more specifics on this once we're set to proceed.
Q5. Who takes care of the print job?
Post finalizing your brand look, we channel our energy into your packaging design. Although I don't directly handle the printing, I collaborate with trusted vendors to get you the finish you envision. I'll provide the needed instructions and all necessary files. Should you decide to go with your own printer, I ensure that everything aligns to give the desired print outcome.

After we've set your Brand Identity foundation, I'm here to assist in amplifying your brand's voice. Let's enhance the experience your customers have with your brand, ensuring it's enriched with professional and inventive design touches!
